Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for a variety of digital media related to ecommerce, including website design elements, online advertising materials, product imagery/videos, and social media graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design software, ecommerce platform design requirements, and best practices to enhance the online retail experience and customer engagement. You will report to Creative Department Head in this role.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose innovative visuals for various media, both online and offline, including product illustrations, product listings, and storefronts.
• Collaborate closely with advertising and sales teams to create designs that align with business goals.
• Refine designs based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Participate in the entire design process, from ideation to execution.
• Present concepts and ideas effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry developments and design software updates.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Skills:

• ·Proficiency in design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier and Adobe Aftereffects.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and their design requirements.
• Excellent knowledge in photography and photo/video editing.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Open to feedback, revisions, and constructive criticism.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of design experience in a design or creative arts role within an ecommerce environment.
• Experience with Amazon or Walmart online retail a plus.
• The candidate should have a strong portfolio that highlights a variety of deliverables in both print and digital.
• Willing to learn, improve, and grow as a designer.

Benefits

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $60,000 per year

M F; 8:30 5:00

Onsite during training. Hybrid after completion of probation.
