Please note that the employees would work on holidays only by request of the employer and would only be straight pay. Employees work overtime only at the request of the employer and get paid at ovetime rate.
Position Description:
• Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions;
• Follow and understand instructions for development of final copy materials on word processing/computer equipment. Proofread and correct documents;
• Must have knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation and arithmetic, knowledge of Office Suite software packages and ability to learn within a reasonable time;
• Answer phones, schedule meeting, and assist Managerial It staff;
• Be able to develop graphs, spreadsheets, charts, web pages, etc.
