Storeroom Supervisor
1.Records the inventory of all storeroom items.
2.Maintains database, updating records to record supplies and materials received and dispensed.
3. Conducts physical inventories on a routine schedule.
4.Verifies inventory records and corrects discrepancies.
5. Distributes storeroom materials in accordance with requisition forms.
6. Ensures the storeroom is kept clean and orderly.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
8. Order stock to maintain on-hand supply of inventory sufficient to meet routine institutional requirements.
9. Tag all new equipment and maintain necessary equipment records.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to traverse the storeroom quickly and efficiently.
2. Physically able to maintain storeroom inventory and cleanliness.
3. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Please note that the employees would work on holidays only by request of the employer and would only be straight pay. Employees work overtime only at the request of the employer and get paid at overtime rate.
