Your primary objective as a volunteer is to significantly improve the National Conversation Trust Funds (NCTF)'s ability to monitor the performance and impact of their programs in the region. You aim to develop cutting-edge solutions and frameworks for gathering gender-specific data and evaluating information.
As a dedicated volunteer, you will play a crucial role in actively supporting the development of results-based, gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation procedures. This includes designing impactful assessment tools, defining relevant indicators, and implementing reliable methodologies for monitoring and evaluation. Moreover, you will also have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the capacity building of our staff through providing training sessions on the development of Monitoring and Evaluation tools and techniques.
The Caribbean Organizations for Resilient Environments (CORE) project serves to build the capacity of National Conservation Trust Funds (NCTFs) operating in eight countries (Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Suriname) to implement local, nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation and mitigation with a gender-responsive lens.
