Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Catalog Specialist. This role involves input and maintain product descriptions and images on several ecommerce sites such as Amazon, Chewy, Walmart and Target.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all listing standards of various ecommerce sites.
- On-going maintenance of existing product listings.
- Create new listings by working with creative team, sourcing team, copywriters by inputting all required information and images and formatting them to required standards.
- Daily review for listing errors and anomalies and take correction action.
- Maintain and update catalog information by using Excel with product related information and attributes.
- Conduct A/B testing to ensure the best way to present our products online.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills including macros, vlook-up, formulations and reports.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to work with large sets of alpha-numeric data on Excel.
- Ability to work proactively and methodically to meet deadlines.
- Enjoying working in a team environment while able to thrive independently.
- Highly articulate both in written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Chewy and/or Walmart.
- Willing to learn, improve, and grow within the ecommerce business.
- US Citizen or Green card holder.
