Commitment:20 hours per week, at least one weekend shift required90 days (as needed)

- Well organized and able to multitask
- Must have a PC with a working headset and a quiet place to take calls.
- No Apple devices can be used
- Must have an extensive resource site to research issues and possibly provide minor troubleshooting
- Must be able to follow workflows and scripts
