ModSquad's Shared Team provides customer support via phone, ticket and chat for numerous industries, using workflows that are well-scripted and easy to follow.
Project Hours:24/7
Hourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:20 hours per week, at least one weekend shift required90 days (as needed)
Language:EnglishWhat We Are Looking For:

• Well organized and able to multitask
• Must have a PC with a working headset and a quiet place to take calls.
• No Apple devices can be used
• Must have an extensive resource site to research issues and possibly provide minor troubleshooting
• Must be able to follow workflows and scripts
