To provide Administrative Support Human Resource amp; Secretarial support as required by the MD, while ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements of the business are maintained, and create a good working environment for the staff through effective direction of the Administrative team and ensuring that the SHE standards of the facilities are maintained.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Certified Professional Secretary or any other similar certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) amp; Google Docs.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
