As a Recruitment Associate, You Will
- Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs
- Interact with applicants amp; respond to initial inquiries
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Conduct amp; request tests needed for hiring
- Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
- Participate in job fairs amp; hiring events
- Build relationships with internal employees
- Ensure orientation and the onboarding process runs smoothly
Requirements
As a Recruitment Associate, You Have
- A love for people and thrives in a team environment
- A professional and mature attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of work
- Good judgement on sensitive issues and can maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience with interviewing and selecting candidates is an asset
- 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
