- Be a customer success ambassador for Curbio - advocating for our customers, ensuring quality work in the field, and delivering world-class customer experience.
- Be responsible for successfully managing home renovation projects based on a given scope of work (including managing contractors, driving materials selections with customers, and ensuring work is on time and on budget).
- Be the face of Curbio to our customers maintaining strong and open lines of communication.
- 100% in the field, traveling locally within your market between projects.
- Manage multiple projects within a specified market (average job size of $50k).
- Ensure administrative tasks are up to date and entered into our CRM.
- No physical labor is required.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects with high customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with administrative functions of project management.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once with a diverse set of teams.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology (including Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and our own proprietary technology).
- General Contractor License or home improvement experience is a plus.
