Team TechOp is seeking experienced administrative professional to manage regional government enrollment center contractor personnel. By joining our team, you will pay a vital role in making an impact on our client’s mission and supervising dynamic professionals.
Your Responsibilities (not limited to the following):
- Schedule, prepare, post amp; update daily schedule for staff; provide government client monthly schedule
- Compile and verify weekly statistics and reports regarding number of appointments, supervisor appointments, number of conditional approvals, number of pending approvals, etc.
- Provide management with input on procedures and make aware of any problem
- Address and resolve complaints regarding contractor staff
- Oversee personnel and ensure adequate coverage in all areas
- Oversee and ensure monitoring of staff (conduct weekly meetings to review procedural changes as well as personnel issues)
- Provide one on one training in scheduling, counters, cashiering, triage, filing, and scanning.
- Coordinate prompt resolution of any computer access issues
- Provide one on one new personnel orientation to ensure adherence to office and company policies and procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university desiredMinimum of 4 years’ experience working in an office setting with a customer service focusQualified candidates will have experience in reporting, training and customer serviceSupervisory experience preferredWorking knowledge of office automation software and familiarity with online databasesStrong communication skillsAbility to professionally answer inquiries from customers and government personnelMust be US CitizenApplicants selected will be subject to extensive government background investigation and must meet all security eligibility requirementsFluent in English
