This position will work very closely with our Brand, People, and Demand Generation teams to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Manager of Brand amp; Social Media, the Social Media Coordinator will support the planning and execution of our social media strategy to increase our online brand presence and improve our marketing, growth, and community initiatives.

As a Social Media Coordinator, You Will

  • Organize and manage our holistic social media strategy targeting different audiences such as new clients, employees and employee prospects to achieve business objectives
  • Execute a purpose-driven social media strategy and maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Create, manage and execute social media content and campaigns to increase community engagement online globally and regionally
  • Research and become an expert in the BPO and client landscape
  • Work closely with the Manager of Brand amp; Social Media to develop innovative strategies for Demand Generation and Growth teams in support of client acquisition campaigns with social media tactics
  • Manage the corporate and regional social media content calendars and assist in curating and editing content to ensure messaging, content frequency and channels are effective
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics, and measure the success of all social media campaigns
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization
  • Monitor social media channels and stay up to date with latest social media best practices, industry trends and technologies
  • Work closely with our social media moderators to monitor public interactions and brand reputation
  • Collaborate with our regional teams across the globe to customize content over our regional social channels by providing guidelines, best practices and advising on brand campaigns
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create strong networks

Requirements

As a Social Media Coordinator, You Have

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communications or an equivalent field (considered an asset)
  • 2+ years of proven work experience in digital and social media marketing, on the client-side or for an agency, with a focus on content development, editorial management or communications strategy
  • Proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking English
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other social media best practices with the ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • A highly self-motivated, creative and efficient personality
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with impeccable time management skills
