You will be:
- Designing and developing automation and integration solutions
- Developing plans to introduce new processes to increase efficiency and productivity levels
- Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing processes
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports
- Evaluating potential automation and integration projects
- Communicating with employees to gain feedback about implementing the new automation and integrations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with process management software like Monday.com
- Experience using Figma, Bubble, WordPress, Zapier, Make
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ownership and can do attitude with the passion to own and drive execution
