My name is Tomer Hen, and I am a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry. During this time, I've spearheaded notable campaigns with leading brands, including MasterCard, Amazon, and Audible among bootstrapped E-Commerce brands.

I now help brand founders grow their DTC brands to 8 figures by creating profitable relationships with influencers and creators.

On the personal front, I am a human optimization and bio-hacking enthusiast. I am passionate about holistic growth and development. On a lighter note, I also dabble in electronic music production.

I’m also a founder of Mobco Media, an intelligence company, and we provide our partners and clients with a leading edge in the ever dynamic and competitive Digital Advertising arena. About the role:

I am looking for an E-Commerce Project Manager who has proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns for online businesses.

You will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for our company's consumer E-Commerce businesses as the E-Commerce Marketing Project Manager. You will work with the CEO to develop long-term strategies that will expand our brands, maximize our advertising campaigns, and propel our brand owners to success.

To ensure maximum efficiency, you will be responsible for driving the creativity of our in-house teams. You will be assessing marketing initiatives to ensure that they are producing the desired results. You must also be able to identify and bring in external resources to assist with specific tasks as needed.

This would be a Full-Time Remote position.


Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Develop long-term marketing strategies in collaboration with the CEO and brand founders.
  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of in-house creative teams to ensure optimal results.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficacy of each marketing initiative and make decisions regarding its future development.
  • Create and implement plans and timelines for each marketing initiative.
  • Identify and research potential new target markets and customers.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives are in line with the company’s objectives and strategies.
  • When appropriate, identify and hire outside help and resources to ensure the successful completion of marketing initiatives.
  • Uncover customer needs and proactively recommend solutions to solve short-term and long-term business problems.
  • Lead project success by developing a global understanding of the project, establishing and creating a vision, clear project plans, including milestones and key deliverables.
  • Elevate customer satisfaction by enhancing visibility of project deliverables and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly project reports

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing E-Commerce projects from conception to completion
  • In-depth knowledge of E-commerce trends, platforms, technologies and best practices
  • Successful track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of customer segmentation and user experience
  • A clear understanding of marketing channels and how to use them to maximum effect
  • Ability to analyze existing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Technical background and understanding of coding.
