Intouch CX, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, is seeking a Recruiter to find the best candidates for our partners. This position also plays an instrumental role in providing the best experience for new hires by helping with the on-boarding process and making sure orientation runs smoothly.
As a Recruiter, You Will
- Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
- Interact with applicants amp; respond to initial inquiries
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Conduct amp; request tests needed for hiring
- Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
- Participate in job fairs amp; hiring events
- Build relationships with internal employees
- Ensure orientation and the on-boarding process runs smoothly
Requirements
As a Recruiter, You Have
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
- Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Ability to handle a high volume of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
