Respecting and valuing guest is key for guest loyalty and guest loyalty contributes greatly the hospitality. I might not be experienced in the working field of the industry but I believe i have the necessary knowledge and skills that can guide me in the hospitality industry. I consider myself as a “social butterfly” as I very much love to interact and meet new people especially person with diverse morals and cultures from me. I also make it a priority in ensuring that persons around me are well comfortable, relaxed and feels valued. I also believe that customers should be terated fairly, free from favoritism or any other judgemental aspects from the employees. I work very well with persons, depicting great teamwork skills and good communication skills.
This was a work experience program that i enrolled in; in 2019. It ran for 2 weeks, from April 15th to April 30th.
